During my recent four-day getaway, I was truly amazed by the underground ambiance of this unique hotel. the rooms were spotless, with a cozy atmosphere that made it feel like home. I appreciated the thoughtful amenities, from chilled drinking glasses to a fully equipped kitchenette, which made my stay convenient. the staff was incredibly friendly, always willing to help with local insights and tour arrangements. the location was perfect, close to all the main attractions, making exploration a breeze.

The room was spacious and quiet in ave condition when I arrived. Had a TV, a kitchenette area, and a dining table. Marvellous and brilliant location just next door to the main shopping strip and lookout, underground via repeaters and the centre of town, restaurants, cafe's and supermarkets, I felt safe.

unique location right next to several major tourist attractions in town, obliging staff, everything was great. the atmosphere created was family. thoroughly enjoyed staying at the family room with unique character, microwave. location: the hotel was just off shops, the tourist spots and eateries and restaurants in town centre. i was happy to find umberto's, it was at walking distance from the property and served nice food. i had really great days staying at this fantastic central hotel.

The location of Comfort Inn Coober Pedy is brilliant, being close to the airport and the town. the twin room was equipped with convenient amenities like an electric kettle, a refrigerator, and a microwave oven.

Sleeping underground in a family business

I was guided by the evaluations and I have to admit that it was nothing special to sleep there. According to many reviews it was such a great experience to sleep in pitch darkness and complete silence. Yes but the room door is not really insulated and there is still the refrigerator humming. And we had stains in the bed.

The bathroom was clean and the room was well-equipped with an electric kettle, a microwave, and an iron, which was a nice touch.

The accommodation here is well-maintained and of high quality, conveniently located near the town center, with friendly local car rental service from the airport and easy access to shops, museums, and restaurants.

It was in a great and brilliant location a short walk to The Big Winch. Further, it was so close to a very well modernised cave and the centre of town, restaurants, cafe's and supermarkets.

Such fun to sleep underground in a place run by people who have lived in the area for quite a long time.
